   This is not a crutch to get out of your duties. If you Enact the "spirit of article I" clause you are resigning your
rank and affectively quitting the ship. You shall be put ashore at the next convenient port and from there we shall
sail our separate ways. Should in the future you decide to join our crew again, you shall ( at the Captains
discretion ) start as the lowest ranked member of the crew.
