Clarification for Article XI
  If we admit someone to our crew and later find out they where expelled, removed, banished, or quit another ship
or group under a black mark, and said crew member did not disclose this to the Captain or Crew as a whole,they
shall first face a vote of removal, in which case a 2/3 majority vote is needed for marooning. Should the crew
member be allowed to continue sailing with us, a second vote will decide what (if any ) punishment is applicable.
