Clarification for Article X
Though it is Highly encouraged, it is not mandatory to dress in garb for home meetings and fighter practices
( good judgment shall be used on the importance of each meeting). For all meetings, classes, fighter practices,
and events away from the Shire it is mandatory to dress in garb and be Armed ( where appropriate )
The exception to this rule is in those places where weapons are not allowed.
